Yoga

Enjoy a positive and intentional start to your day.  Our rejuvenating Mindful Mornings yoga class awakens the body and calms the mind. Enhance your flexibility, reduce stress and improve focus to start your day by incorporating gentle movement, breath-work and mindfulness techniques. We offer newbie/beginner classes and intermediate/advanced classes.

Recharge Hour

Restore focus and releive tension during our midday reset class.  This group session blends gentle movement, deep breathing and mindful relaxation techniques to combat midday fatique, improve circulation and reduce stress.This session is ideal for break up long hours and returning to your day refreshed and reenergized.

Stretching & Mobility

Join our Flex and Flow class where strength meets mobility.  This class is a dynamic low impact blend of functional strength and mobility work focusing on core activation, hip and shoulder mobility and deep stretching.  Helping to improve your posture, prevent injuries and enhance movement, this class is designed to leave you feeling strong, recharged and limber.
